Aneesh Lavalekar
A graduate of Azim Premji University’s school of development studies, Aneesh specialises in sustainability studies and aims to work in the field of urban transformation. He was introduced to the social sector at the tender age of 15 and has since been continuously involved in the space.
At TBL, as an Impact Catalyst, Aneesh looks into field research and local engagement, partner wise program management, monitoring and evaluation of programs, documentation and reporting and all sorts of necessary background research.

Muskan Bali
A development management professional from the Indian School of Development Management. Muskan profoundly believes in serving the community in whatever way possible to create an effective and sustainable impact. She is disciplined & committed, diligent, and consistent with her work.
Before TBL, she had a long-standing relationship with Make A Difference. She has volunteered for Child Care Institutions and other non-profit organizations in the past. She strongly believes that a person grows when they are with others.

Sharmila Govande
Sharmila is an experienced social development professional with over 25 years of experience in working on the issues of children, youth, women and families. She brings with her vast experience in program management, research, monitoring, evaluation and leading teams. She aims to bring her experience with development initiatives to fruitfully support donor management and CSR. She is also an unschooling parent to three children, an artist, writer, life long learner and a firm believer in harmony and coexistence.

Ukrant is a sustainability professional who loves to work in the domain of ESG, Sustainability, Supply Chain, Programming, and Climate Change. With experience of building products, Ukrant likes to understand the problem at its core and come up with solutions that delivers and challenges the status quo. He believes in leveraging technology to create a meaningful and lasting impact that drives humanity forward.

Darshan Mundada
Professional with an experience of about two decades in social entrepreneurship, social businesses, impact investing, and strategic philanthropy for UHNWIs, HNWIs, and celebrities. Darshan is passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility i.e. triple-bottom-line (People, Planet and Profit) impact.
He is interested in continuing working in the space with individuals/organizations who are looking at creating long-term sustainable impact, not only through their mandated CSR but as business as a whole and achieving niche market capitalization by enabling a positive brand through responsible business practices
